Jimmer’s Back Country BBQ are family owned and operated establishments. We offer friendly service, family friendly atmosphere and some of the best BBQ, you have ever had. We opened our 1st location in Cortez, CO in September of 2012. After a couple years in this nice little tourist community of Cortez, we decided to branch out to Montrose Colorado where we have other friends, family, and loyal customers, that really wanted us to be closer to them. The 3 hour drive from Montrose to Cortez was worth it, however, that made it so our fans couldn’t have our delicious BBQ several times a week. Our new Montrose location is at 1413 E. Main Street. We have been serving our famous BBQ in Montrose since October of 2015. Another nice, smaller community within a stones throw from bigger areas such as Grand Junction and tourist towns like Ouray and Telluride. Stop by and try some Juicy, Tender, Smoked Meats and home style sides next time your in one of our beautiful mountain towns. Dine in, Carry out, and catering available.
