The Blanco Ranger District contains 352,917 acres of National Forest land, including the Flat Tops Wilderness Area (235,214 acres) in central western Colorado. Elevation within the District ranges from 6,500 to 12,000 feet, with plenty of opportunities to camp, climb, hike, mountain bike, and backpack.
