Powderhorn Mountain Resort is located just 45 miles east of Grand Junction on the slopes of the Grand Mesa. Sitting on the side of the largest mesa (flattop mountain), Powderhorn is unique for a Colorado ski resort. The high desert climate provides the skier with a lower moisture snow, drier powder.
