Visit the Park Office and ask about the free rental program: fat tire bikes, fishing rods (fly and lake supplies), ice fishing equipment, snowshoes, and activity backpacks (binoculars, field guides, Jr. Ranger books, & more). Stagecoach State Park is close to both the Flattops and Sarvis Creek Wilderness Areas.

-Northern Pike and Walleye can negatively impact native fish recovery. Anglers can help control these fish by keeping their legal bag limit.
-There is no bag or possession limit for Walleye.
-Underwater spearfishing may be used for fishing Northern Pike or Carp, when present, in accordance with Colorado Parks and Wildlife regulations.
-Underwater Spearfishing is prohibited within 100 feet of any marina, boat ramp, swim beach or dam infrastructure.
