LG TRI Vail: July 6, 2019

JMorganEvents

Course Description:

The LG Sprint TRI is a 500-yard swim

(10 laps) in the outdoor Eagle Pool followed by a 12-mile bike loop from the pool, up scenic Brush Creek Road, to Adams Rib. The third leg features a run from the pool down the bike path to Eagle Ranch Road, connecting to the Eagle Ranch bike path, and back to the Eagle pool for the finish. This is a great course for first-timers and seasoned pros alike.

This event is held in memory of our friend, Laura Genelin, who passed away in July of 2008 from colon cancer. Laura loved participating in triathlons. To keep her passion alive, we chose to hold one annually in her hometown of Eagle, Colorado.

Proceeds from the race will benefit the Vail Valley Charitable Fund, helping locals like Laura in medical crisis since 1996. To learn more about our nonprofit, visit www.vvcf.org.
