Die Grand Mesa Scenic Byway, bei 63 Meilen in der Länge, reist nordwestlich am oberen Rand der Hochebene die einzige asphaltierte Zugang zu Angeln Bäche und Seen. Die Mesa beherbergt insgesamt sieben Forellenarten. Wildtiere gehören Elche, schwarze Bearm Elch, Maultier-Rotwild, Marmonts und eine Vielzahl von Nagetieren. Sommermonaten bieten die Lions von Aktivitäten, einschließlich Fischen, camping, Reiten, Mountainbike und Wandern zu teilen.
 
Winteraktivitäten zählen Skilanglauf, Motorschlitten und Skifahren im Powderhorn Mountain Resort.
