This is one of the longest consecutively run races of the series and in the state of Colorado! A Routt County Classic held in the small town of Hayden Colorado 25 minutes west of Steamboat.
Distances: 8.4 mile and 5K on paved roads. There will also be a 1 mile Kid’s Fun Run that will benefit the Hayden Valley Elementary Health and Wellness Team.
Race Date/Time: Saturday, May 5th, 2018. 8.4M and 5K races start at 10:00 am. 1M Kid’s Fun Run starts at 10:40 am.
Location: All runners assemble at the Hayden Town Park on S 3rd Street
Registration: Pre-Register ONLINE ONLY for the 8.4M and 5K run. Once again this year is the option for a No-Frills race registration which is slightly less expensive, includes post-race food and entry in the prize drawing but does not include race schwag. On-site registration will be available between 9:00 and 9:45 am on race day and is only available for the No-Frills registration option. The Frills registration option closes on Wed. April 25th so register early if you want a guarenteed t-shirt in your size. Those registering after Wed. April 25th will only have the No-Frills registration option available online and in-person on race day. Registration for the 1M Kid’s Fun Run will only be available on-site between 9 am and 9:45 am the morning of the race, and will be done on a donation basis to benefit the Hayden Valley Elementary Health and Wellness Team. Register early and please remember that post race food is for runners and volunteers only.
