2018 Spirit Challenge Race and Fun Run: May 19, 2018
This is the 2nd race of the year for the Steamboat Springs Running Series and a great warm up to summer! The Spirit Challenge is a long standing race in the series and gives runners a chance to get those feet moving after a long winter in the Yampa Valley. Come out and support this fun local race.
When: Saturday, May 19th, 2018
9:00 am (10k and 5k) / 9:15 am (Kid’s Fun Run)
Where: Steamboat Springs Middle School, 5100 Amethyst Drive
Registration: Registration options include online, at packet pick-up and day-of race registration. Online registration closes Thursday May 17th at 8 pm. Registration is available during packet pick-up on Friday May 18th from 4 to 6 pm at Twisted Trails and on race day, Saturday May 19th, from 7:30 to 8:45 am. Races are open to all ages and the 5k & Kid’s Fun Run is popular with younger runners, so come one and come all! Entry gift is ONLY guaranteed for the frills race option. A no-frills race option is also available for the 10k and 5k race (no entry gift but does include post-race food). Please remember that post-race food is for runners and volunteers only.
